Technical support to the design of the 2023-2027 Vietnam Mission Strategy

The Embassy of Ireland, Vietnam requires consultancy support to complete the development of the five-year new strategy (2023-2027). The consultant will be required to support the Embassy to: • Ensure the new Mission Strategy is underpinned by strong evidence and integrate different experiences, methodologies, and approaches with a diverse range of stakeholders, organisations, and technical experts from multiple sectors. • Support the development of the new 2023-2027 Mission Strategy through co-facilitates series of consolations, workshops, etc • Support the Embassy in the identification of key priorities and interventions that can fit within a short term vision in light of the changing and uncertain context
