BE/SE/06/04/2022 - Provision of School Transport Services - Qualification Panels 2022 to 2027

Dear Applicant

In order to be considered for certain services commencing at the beginning of school year during the Term of the Qualification Panels, those who have not previously been appointed to the relevant Qualification Panel(s) pursuant to this procurement process, must submit a completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire in accordance with paragraph 8.1 of the PQQ and the maintenance questionnaire on or before the closing date set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule B of the PQQ in respect of the relevant school year. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that its response to the PQQ reaches BE on or before the Closing Date.

The PQQ document, appendices and supporting documentation must be uploaded through the BE Portal online. 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. You do NOT need to submit a new PQQ if already on the qualification panels i.e. If you have received a notification letter indicating you have been added to panels applied for.
2. You do NOT need to submit a new PQQ unless you want to add:

          i) an additional vehicle category that you have not previously applied for and been added to   that panel.

          ii) an additional county panel.

          iii) changing company status.
