TII297 - Enhancing Motorway Operation Services - Technical Services Commission

This is a complex technical project that incorporates a bespoke traffic management system, roadside ITS infrastructure, c-ITS services and associated communications networks. This Project will introduce advanced Intelligent Transport System (ITS) technologies for the operation and management of Dublin’s M50 motorway. It involves the deployment of technologies that have previously not been used in Ireland (but for which some of the individual elements may have been used in similar though not identical situations in other jurisdictions).
