7847 - Installation, Testing & Repair of Mechanical Systems and Sub Systems

This notice replaces RFT 201818, TED Reference 2021/S 215-567070 The previous notice was cancelled due to an error in the TED publication. This contract the subject of this competition is a contract for 3 years with an option to extend by up to two additional years at Iarnród Éireanns discretion Iarnród Éireann requires the services of a suitably qualified mechanical contractor with the expertise to undertake maintenance, repairs and replacement of mechanical systems and sub systems in safety critical environments such as National Traffic Control Centre, safety critical SET equipment, operational stations, Operational level crossing control centers and public facilities. The requirements under this contract will include; planned preventative maintenance and the provision of technical & skilled certified resource’s for all work types. Iarnród Éireann wish to enter into a 3 year contract (with the option to extend for an additional period of up to 2 years at Iarnród Éireanns discretion) for testing, maintaining and repairing of; • Heating Systems - PV, Heat to Air, Gas, Oil. • Chilled water & CRAC units -HVCA • Air Conditioning units – F gas • Building management systems, monitoring & remote control • Air Handling units • Ventallation systems • Domestic Cold water systems • Domestic Hot water systems • Fire & Smoke dampers • Provision of Technical resources for each regional area. • Provision of Technical resources in Dublin CCE M&E technical offices. • Provision of minor civil works associated with external UG services, metering and free standing distribution points.
