The Department of Transport invites tenders from companies interested in tendering for the provision of Infrastructure managed services to support and maintain the NVDF‟s current ICT Infrastructure and managed services. The Department requires the Services to be provided on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis. The Services will include the provision of an ISO (International Standards Organisation ISO 27001) service to manage the lifecycle of any ICT incidents, security, problem management, service requests and the communications required to inform the DVCSD ICT user and advise of any workarounds. The successful tenderer must provide a dedicated Service Delivery Manager who will attend at DVCSD Shannon as required for the duration of the Services Contract and who will act as a single point of contact for the Department and who will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the delivery of the Services. It is envisaged that onsite Senior Administrator/Technician/Analyst support resources with detailed knowledge and experience on all ICT infrastructure, systems and services in operation/employed in the DVCSD will be provided as required to resolve any 2nd and 3rd level support issues that cannot be addressed remotely and provide strategic technical advice and guidance in respect of all technical infrastructure
