Autodesk Renewal SKU 797H1-001355-L890 • The OPW currently have 132 seats – Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection IC Comm Single-user ELD Annual Subscription Switched M2S Multi-User 2:1 Trade-In and wishes to renew this. Autodesk Renewal SKU - 02HI1-008091-L690 • The OPW currently have 30 seats – Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection IC Comm Single-user ELD Annual Subscription Switched M2S Multi-User 2:1 Trade-In and wishes to renew this. Autodesk Renewal SKU 02HI1-004274-L611 Mandatory Support and Maintenance Requirements: • Tenderers must provide a support proposal that includes telephone assistance and/or chat service and technical support for both Users and ICT Admin. o Unlimited Technical telephone support o Unlimited Technical Remote Access support o Minimum Response time of 4 hours to logged calls o Calls can be logged to a Direct Support Administration team. o Must include support for all current and recent releases of AutoCAD products. o Service to be provided during Office Hours 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
