GCC-REGEN-2021 - Portumna Courthouse (Design Team Services)

Galway County Council invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to provide a Grade 1 Conservation Architect led Design Team for the progression of the Portumna Courthouse Regeneration project at Clonfert Street, Portumna, Co. Galway. The historic courthouse is to be refurbished and extended as an Exhibition and Event space with ancillary spaces to include offices, a café, and all associated site works. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the preliminary investigations, detailed design, tender process including the procurement of a contractor, supervision of construction and project closeout / final account agreement / handover.
