Detailed description:

The works will consist of the demolition of existing derelict dwellings and associated outbuildings and the construction of new single rural dwellings at Ballyglass, Ardrahan & Creggaturlough, Craughwell, Co. Galway. The works will include the installation of all associated site services including wastewater treatment systems, percolation areas, access roads, boundary fencing, watermain, ducting, landscaping and other ancillary items.
