This project is part of an ongoing national property asset management and regulatory compliance works programme for Tuath Housing Association CLG., to c. 564 no. properties in 2021 and c. 779 no. properties in 2022, with the inspection and survey of each property and the production and delivery of Stock Condition Survey Reports (SCSRs) and associated works in accordance with the Contract Documents and best practice.
