What We Want to Achieve The aim for a new CRM/ticketing system is to have a common CRM/ticketing approach and system that can be used across all properties and elements of the business. This will enable Youghal Tourism to: • develop a more unified customer journey • gain better visitor insight and collect more marketing data • reduce the number of manual tasks and the potential for human error • have a more integrated operation across all sites We are ideally looking to have a new system in place and ready to use by end of January 2022. That said, we recognize that this is a relatively ambitious timescale and would be willing to flex this and/or have the solution delivered in agreed phases from this date. Further phases will be discussed and agreed at the interview/evaluation stage and will form part of the contracted agreement.
