Donegal County Council requires consultancy services to deliver projects as described within the Brief. The consultant will be required to deliver the project that meet the objectives of Donegal County Council and are designed in accordance with best practice and current design standards. In general the project is being advanced to upgrade/replace the existing infrastructure to meet the needs of the facility going forward.
