Supply, Installation, Disposal & Maintenance of HVAC / Air Conditioning Units

Galway City Council seeks the installation and upgrade of two AC units in its premises in City Hall, College Road, Galway. The outdoor AC system units to be replaced are located on the flat roof immediately above the Second Floor of the Front building of the City Hall premises. The Second Floor, which the units service covers a floor area of approximately 700 Sq Metres and the indoor AC system is made up of fifteen internal ceiling cassettes and two number external condensers mounted on concrete plinths on the flat roof. The successful Tenderer will be responsible for all elements of the upgrade project outlined in this RFT
