The Property Registration Authority wishes to tender for a suitable contractor with expertise and experience in the provision of ground maintenance services to deliver a consistent and efficient ground maintenance service at the Property Registration Authority's Dublin Offices located at Chancery Street Dublin 7, Henrietta Street, Dublin 1 and Shanowen Road, Santry, Dublin 9. The general maintenance work will involve grass cutting and care. leaf and litter collection, shrub pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, application of weed killer, garden waste disposal and cleaning pathways.
