Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of ICT Managed Services for Health and Safety Authority

The Health and Safety Authority ‘HSA’ are seeking to engage a Managed Service Provider for the delivery of a suite of SLA-governed IT services under a single party framework agreement across a suite of technology areas and functions. The Contracting Authority are looking for a partner for the future to provide advice and recommendations for future solutions, as well as support them in the procurement of such solutions, if required. The Contracting Authority is focussed on ensuring the stability and performance of its core and legacy IT Infrastructure and Application landscape. A Managed Service Provider must help the HSA to identify new opportunities and technology innovations and provide a more cohesive and integrated ICT service, thus freeing up their IT resources which would enable them to focus on supporting the business and their objectives In addition, the Managed Service Provider will be responsible for providing a level of business expertise that will translate IT planning and operational events into business outcomes and impacts.
