WCCC21/409 - Design, Planning & implementation of an Integrated Play Scheme for Mount Congreve Estate,

Mount Congreve Trust (MCT) and Waterford City & County Council (WCC) are embarking on a project to develop a sustainable future for Mount Congreve House and Gardens. With funding from the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund (RRDF), Fáilte Ireland (FI) and internal resources we will undertake a range of works to greatly improve visitor infrastructure and the visitor experience of the House and Gardens. You are invited to tender for the design and planning of an Integrated Play Scheme for Mount Congreve Estate, this service will include implementation of Phase 1 works on site. These required services are being sought in accordance with public procurement guidelines. Please see the accompanying briefing document for project details and outline of the required services. The Integrated Play Contract appointment will be in accordance with the Short Public Works Contract (PW-CF6). The contracting authority is Mount Congreve Trust.
