Arup IÉ 002 - DART+ Coastal - Topographical and Utility Surveys - Stage A1, Contract 1

This project consists of a train mounted laser scan survey along approximately 81km of the DART Coastal lines, extending from Drogheda to Greystones. The survey will capture data that can be seen from track level, including the following information: - Rail alignment; - Track geometry; - OHLE data; - General cess detail; - Platform clearances; and - Some platform detail. In addition, the Works include: - Establishment of ground-based control network; - Project management, planning, coordination, Client liaison, etc. Data processing is split into two stages. Stage 1 consists of 54km to be processed immediately. Stage 2 includes the remaining 27km which may be processed at a later stage. The Bill of Quantities splits these two Stages. Both stages will be included in the CCOT.
