IOSEA6 - Professional Services for Strategic Environmental Assessment and Appropriate Assessment of the plan for the issuing of Petroleum Authorisations in Irish Offshore Waters

a) A screening for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Plan for the Issuing of Petroleum Authorisations in Irish Offshore Waters, which complies with the requirements of EU Directive 2001/42/EC and the European Communities (Environmental Assessment of Certain Plans and Programmes) Regulations 2004 to 2011; and b) A screening for Appropriate Assessment (AA) of the Plan for the Issuing of Petroleum Authorisations in Irish Offshore Waters, which complies with the Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC) and S.I. No. 477/2011 (European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011), as amended; In addition the following may be required: c) An appropriately scaled Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Plan for the Issuing of Petroleum Authorisations in Irish Offshore Waters, which complies with the requirements of EU Directive 2001/42/EC and the European Communities (Environmental Assessment of Certain Plans and Programmes) Regulations 2004 to 2011; and d) An Appropriate Assessment (AA) of the Plan for the Issuing of Petroleum Authorisations in Irish Offshore Waters, which complies with the Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC) and S.I. No. 477/2011 (European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011), as amended .
