Future Dynamics - Request for Tenders (RFT) for Design and Piloting of a Level 9 Masters in the field of Learning and Development

This Request for Tenders (RFT) is published to invite suitable academic institutions to provide proposals for the design and piloting of a Level 9 Masters in the field of Learning and Development (working title) for the Trainers Learning (TLS) Skillnet. Trainers Learning Skillnet is co-funded by Skillnet Ireland and its member companies. Skillnet Ireland is funded from the National Training Fund through the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science. Trainers Learning Skillnet seeks proposals from suitably qualified academic institutions for the design, certification and piloting of a Level 9 Masters in the Field of Learning and Development (working title). - The proposal must include detailed scoping document for the design phase. Including but not limited to: • Detailed project plan outlining the scope of work, including timelines. • Stakeholder engagement mechanisms (e.g., oversight committee structure). • Process and timelines for academic approval. • Costings.
