Review of The Embassy of Ireland, Uganda’s Programme in Karamoja 2016-2020
In order to inform the upcoming mission strategy planning process, an independent assessment will be conducted on the Embassy of Ireland’s Karamoja Programme, which is one component of the bilateral assistance programme. As restrictions on travel and physical distancing are expected to continue for the coming months, a robust review will be undertaken following best practice standards in evaluation (OECD 2019; OECD IEG 2020).
