CI WMS 2021 - Workforce Management System

CI requires the services of a vendor who can offer a cloud-based Workforce Management System for its organisation nationally which has the following capabilities: • Recording of time and attendance, including time in lieu and other HR Information for office-based and site-based employees using biometric clocking terminals (where possible utilising existing terminals) • Recording of time and attendance from remote locations with a user-friendly smart device application for field-based employees • Recording of time and attendance from remote locations where there is limited or no internet or 3G / 4G connectivity • Recording and management of time and attendance for employees who work across multiple sites / cost centres and employees who have split roles with different rates of pay for each role • Recording and approval of various types of leave • An employee self-service function to include the ability to apply for various types of leave and providing for a configurable approval flow • Recording and reporting of leave balances including the application of CI specific rules and specific configuration for the application of the Public Service Sick Pay Scheme • User-friendly configurable reporting systems • Support compliance with European Working Time Directive and notification of breaches • Can interface with other systems i.e. Megapay (Intelligo Payroll System), Totara Learning Management System and iplanit (Aspirico Iplanit Care Management System) • Automated scheduling tools and e-rostering option to include full implementation of all rules in relation to time recording and rostering • Facilitate department / centre managers to work within predefined budget allocations and optimise schedules accordingly • Provide real time dynamic management information on employee demographics, absence and analytics • Offer an alert function in respect of event triggers, timed tasks and reminders • Option to attach scanned documents
