EST Mechanical Construction - 2021 - Cork & Kerry - Mechanical Term Maintenance & Refurbishment Works Contract

HSE Southern Capital and Estates will appoint a mechanical contractor to each Lot to provide emergency call-out provision, general small works, planned and reactive maintenance service projects for all lots indicated. Generally the works carried out would involve the provision of appropriate personnel, materials, equipment and plant for maintenance works. Additionally, the mechanical contractor would be required to carry out small works projects as they arise. Where possible, works can be carried out during normal working hours. However, due to the response nature of the works and also the nature of Health Care business, there may be a requirement for works to be carried out after normal business hours and at weekends. Works are likely to include building maintenance of: Boilers, flue returns, heating circuits etc. and mechanical works in general. This contract will be for a period of two years, with the option to extend for a further two one-year terms.
