Renovation and extension of existing Youth Club Centre at Letterkenny, Co. Donegal

The development will consist of the renovation and extension of existing Youth Club Centre; comprising construction of disabled ramp at front of building, fitting of wheelchair lift from ground floor to first floor, 9x5m extension (consisting of 3.5x5m utility, 2.6x3m disabled toilet, 1.5x3m toilet, 12x1.5m toilet and 1.5x5m lobby area) , and all associated site works, drainage, lighting and services connections.
