Cont_2021 - Novas Housing Refurbishment Framework 2021

Novas is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to undertake works on Novas owned properties. Such works will include retrofitting existing buildings to bring them up to current building regulations, minor upgrading works, enabling works and other such projects that may arise from time to time.
