Consultancy Services to Develop a Media and Communications Strategy for the Africa Agri-Food Development Programme

The Department of Foreign Affairs’ (DFA) Development Cooperation and Africa Division (DCAD) is seeking to submit a tender to engage a media/PR firm for the purpose of developing a multi-faceted communications and media strategy for the Africa Agri-Food Development Programme (AADP) that will: i. raise awareness of the Programme; ii. encourage and inform potential applicants; and iii. improve the application and partner engagement process. Over six months the media/PR firm should deliver a number of specific deliverables under three broad output areas to develop a media and communications strategy for the AADP.
