GMIT Project H Eng Summer 21 - GMIT Engineering Renovation Works Project H Summer 21

GMIT wish to award a contract under the open procedure for project works associated with upgrade of 5 computer labs and a classroom. 5 of the rooms are concentrated in one block on the first floor, 1 room is on the ground floor. There will be some requirement for cabling in the ceiling of rooms below the first floor and also to Comms rooms on the ground floor. This will be a turnkey project which will be ready to move into upon completion. The main elements involved are as follows: • Electrical alterations. • Minor demolitions / strip out. • Closing of door opening / formation of new • Installation of suspended ceilings • Electrical fitout (power, lighting, data) • Decoration. • Floor finishes. • Installation of furniture (benching, pc storage units). Please refer to ITT for further details. Contract was awarded on the 15.07.2021 to Conneally Group, Glenrock House, Glenrock Business Park, Ballybane, Galway. 3 Valid Tenders were received.
