OMcG 05/21 - Ballynagrenia and Ballinderry Bog NHA Restoration Works

Under this contract, it is intended for the Contractor to take possession of the development site of approximately 39.9 Ha in area for the purposes of carrying out bog restoration works. The Works can be summarised as follows: • Construction of peat dams within existing drains. • Installation of Plastic dams within existing drains where shown. • Erection of Warning Signs cautioning of danger due to deep water. • Tree Felling/Scrub Clearance where necessary, outside of the nesting season. • Temporary welfare facilities for the Contractors staff and workers. • Everything necessary for the proper storage of materials including sheds • All tanks and sheds for the storage of fuel
