There are 16 Education and Training Boards (each a “Contracting Authority”) issuing this invitation to participate, Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”), to call for requests from Economic Operators (“Candidates”) to participate in this competition. The ultimate purpose of the competition is the award of a Framework Agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) and Services Contracts (the “Services Contract”) for the provision of Contracted Further Education & Training (FET) Services to the ETBs. The Office of Government Procurement (the “OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing and services on behalf of the public service.
