CP CC 2021 - The provision of Concession Catering Services to Coláiste Phádraig ROSELAWN, LUCAN, CO. DUBLIN

The provision of a sustainable (evolving process) healthy, balanced and nutritious catering service to the school community at affordable prices is required. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider. Coláiste Phádraig requires the provision of healthy, balanced and nutritious catering service to students at affordable prices. Food can be prepared on or off site and ordered in advance. An efficient setup with food well-presented is required. Clean up after service provision is also expected. A high quality, flexible and responsive service is required combined with continuous improvement and innovation for the 33 weeks of the year on which the school operates (School calendar will be issued to the successful tenderer). Users of the canteen will be mainly comprised from the student population but will include teaching and ancillary staff and authorized visitors to the school. A site visit is mandatory as part of the tender process. We would like all site visits to be concluded by the 21st of May 2021.
