Develop a digital policy with an action plan and budget for the Arts Council that addresses current and future developments in digital technology and trends in user attitudes and behaviour within the context of the Arts Council corporate strategy Making Great Art Work and government strategies such as National Broadband Plan and Project Ireland 2040.
