National Aquatic Centre Reception Tiling

The proposed works consist of the tiling of the floor of the reception area of the National Aquatic Centre, Dublin 15. The works will involve the removal of floor tiles and tile skirting in the reception area and retiling of the same area. All floor tiles shall be a minimum R11 anti slip tile and have a wet Pendulum Test Value (PTV) of 36+. Anti-slip Porcelain tiles with a RAL 7035 Light Grey to be agreed with the client prior to commencement. Tiles to be a size of 300mm and 600mm (unless otherwise agreed). Non-absorbent sterile grout and flexible adhesive to be used throughout. Contractor to provide an additional 10% of tiles to be retained by the client as spares.
