RCC Energy Retrofit Project - Energy Retrofit upgrade works to a single dwelling house- Castlerea, Roscommon

Roscommon County Council wish to appoint a main contractor to carry out Energy Retrofit upgrade works to a single dwelling house located in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon. The works as required are set out in the attached tender documents. This project forms part of RCC Energy retrofit project-Phase one. The works include but not limited to: replacement of existing heating system with an air to water system, external insulation supply and installation, rising damp control measures and remedial works, making good of any damaged surfaces as a result of the works, all other works as required for the completion of this project.
