Provision of Design Services for the design, planning approval and construction management and fit out of the The Bank Chambers - a 3 story 6000 sq. ft building on Society Street, Ballinasloe into a remote working Hub. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the concept design, planning process , detailed design, tender process, supervision of construction & fit out and project closeout / final account agreement / handover. This tender includes the following services: • Architectural Services, • Assigned Certifier • Design Certifiers • PSDP Services – (Health & Safety); • Construction Supervision The following disciplines/services may be procured at a later date( as advised by the lead architect, who will lead and manage all consultants on the project). • Quantity Surveying Services; • Structural/Civil Engineering • Buildings Services Engineers – (Mechanical & Electrical & Energy Conservation); • Fire and Disabled access Consultant
