To undertake surveys of Puffin, Manx Shearwater and Storm Petrel breeding populations and their habitats at a number of key sites within the SPA Network in the southwest of Ireland The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage invites tenders for the provision of surveys of breeding Puffin, Manx Shearwater and Storm Petrel at a number of key sites within the SPA Network in the southwest of Ireland. A detailed specification of the Department’s technical requirements is set out in the attached RfT document. A strict schedule of deliverables will be agreed with the successful Tenderer, with the contract expected to commence in April and is to conclude by September 2021.
