Microsoft Infrastructure Service - Microsoft Infrastructure and Services Support

The primary goal of this tender is to put in place a support contract for MTU’s Core Microsoft services. a. Provide on-going support for MTU’s Microsoft infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, Office365; b. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues where MTU IT Support staff need assistance. c. Provide a call-logging service and associated SLA’s to enable MTU IT Support staff to log technical queries. d. Provide mentoring, documentation and training for MTU staff as required. e. Provide project days; engineer on site to work with MTU IT Support staff to develop and advise on Microsoft solutions. The Microsoft sofware and services are isted in Section 1.3, Lot 1
