Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of a single storey extension; incorporating a standard two-classroom ASD suite with ancillary areas and associated site works at Ballina National School, Ballina, Killaloe, Co. Tipperary. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education & Skills, Technical Guidance Documents. Access to the subject site is somewhat restricted and so the tenderer must factor for all such complexity when compiling his / her bid. However, it should also be noted that given the nature of the work involved, it is paramount that the tendering Contractor is in a position to commence works on site immediately following appointment and therefore have all the resources required to meet the pertinent handover dates. Infection Control / COVID 19; the PSCS / Contractor shall prepare a H&S statement demonstrating measures that will be put in place to ensure that works can be carried out in accordance CIF Standard Operating Procedures as well as confirming measures to be taken to monitor these processes.
