Construction of a new two-storey annexe extension to the existing Maris Stella building to the southern end of the school campus accessed from Connolly Street. Works will include construction of a new two-storey science wing, demolition & removal of existing single-storey accommodation, resourcing of access road, provision of a new retaining wall and new external works / surface treatments, provision of temporary site compound, alterations to existing surface and foul water systems, and associated site works, as set out in the attached documents.
