Refurbishment of 4 Nr toilet blocks within the existing school building.
Tenderers must sign the "DoES Suitability Declaration for Small Works", and if requested to do so must provide the necessary evidence of compliance stated in that document within 7 days, including evidence of annual turnover greater than 1.5 times the sum tendered, and Health & Safety competence. The Contract is intended to be awarded to a single main contractor.
