Event Audio Visual Services - Provision of Event Audio Visual Services to SEAI

The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to provide Audio Visual (AV) services to SEAI, this will include services for SEAI’s conferences, trade shows and exhibition, awards ceremonies and meetings. Events where AV services will be required will typically be four to five full day conferences, at locations around Ireland. On occasion the successful service provider may be required to support SEAI where venue AV services are not sufficient at a venue or to host a hi spec event online with a live panel. SEAI requires an AV service provider who can provide equipment and staff to help deliver professional and technologically advanced events to an extremely high standard.
