The works consist of the construction of a new extension and associated siteworks to the existing school of c.159m2. Works requirements will include the construction of a new 1 no. single storey classroom, 1 No. Wc for Assisted Users, 1 no. Resource Room, 1 no. office, 1 no. boiler house and associated corridor extension to the North East (side) of the existing school together with roof mounted PV panels, with new external access ramp and connection to the existing on-site septic tank and percolation area, together with all ancillary and associated site works at Ballycurrane National School, Aughnacurraveel, Ballycurrane, Clashmore, Co. Waterford.
