Appointment of Agent(s) to the Environmental Protection Agency to undertake compliance noise monitoring in the vicinity of EPA licensed sites.

To undertake noise monitoring for compliance assessment purposes in accordance with existing documented procedures, to determine the nature and extent of noise levels beyond the boundary of such facilities, and compliance with relevant noise limit values. The overall objective is to bring about improvements at facilities to reduce the level of noise nuisance off-site.
