INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF ARBORIST SERVICES TO CARRY OUT ANNUAL TREE INVENTORY AND VISUAL TREE ASSESSMENTS - SINGLE PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a single party framework agreement for the provision of arborist services to conduct a yearly inventory and ground based visual assessment, of approximately 4,000 trees annually, beginning with the 20/21 winter season (i.e. Nov - Mar). The framework will be for 1 year with the option, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council, of being extended for an additional 3 periods of one year each (4 years max). The assessment is for the purposes of DCC’s tree risk management and to assist with the drawing up a planned programme and schedule of tree maintenance works. The trees are located on public roads, streetscapes and in housing estates, parks and open spaces under the Council’s control.
