The OPW proposes to select a single suitably qualified service provider who would be called upon to meet graphic and conceptual design requirements (e.g. identity themes, concepts and designs, print/graphic design and digital media design, etc.) as and when they arise. The selected service provider must be capable of providing a full spectrum of design related services and solutions in a manner that meets requirements to create a consistent, cohesive identity for the OPW within the requirements of the overall Government branding guidelines. This will include providing advice on concept, strategy, style, technique, and medium to best meet any project needs and audience, whilst developing design solutions that are complementary, engaging, and successfully achieve their communication objective. The Office of Public Works has a complex brief that encompasses a very significant public design remit. Good design is integral to its work whether it is engaged in flood relief works, architectural projects or conservation works. As such its public facing materials must convey design excellence, be precise, engaging and unassuming. There is a need to consolidate the OPW brand identity and create a consistent and identifiable organisational style with sufficient flexibility to facilitate creativity where needed.
