Údarás na Gaeltachta - Multi-Party Frameworks for Architect OR Engineer Led Integrated Design Teams in 4 Lots

Establishment of Multiparty Framework for Integrated Design Team Services for Údarás na Gaeltachta: Lot 1: Architect Led IDT for Galway Mayo Co. Meath Region Lot 2: Engineer Led IDT for Galway Mayo Co. Meath Region Lot 3: Architect Led IDT for Donegal Region Lot 4: Engineer Led IDT for Donegal Region Each framework agreement will be established with 5 economic operators comprising the following disciplines: (a) Architectural Services and associated specialist skills, (b) Civil & Structural Engineering Services and associated specialist skills, and (c) Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services. (d) Quantity Surveying Services Work scope for all Lots will relate primarily to design of new buildings and the adaptive re-use and refurbishment of existing buildings in all the regions. Only those Applicants capable of delivering all of the services listed above (whether in-house or as a grouping/consortium) will be considered. Therefore, applications relating to one or several of these disciplines only are not acceptable and will be rejected. The Integrated Design Team (IDT) will be responsible for providing all construction-related technical advice and design services to the Contracting Authority in respect of the Lots tendered for. The maximum estimated value of services over the lifetime of both frameworks is in the region of €1,500,000 to €2,000,000(ex. VAT). Each framework will be established for a period of four (4) years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any contracts awarded under the framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework agreement.
