2703 - Alterations and Extension to dwelling at 12 Moorfield Parade, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

The Works include the construction of two single-storey extensions comprising a new bathroom to the front, and a new living room to the rere of 12 Moorfield Parade, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 for South Dublin County Council. The existing living room will be converted to a bedroom and some ancillary (mechanical, electrical, opes & making good) works to the existing dwelling will also be required. The existing dwelling is a three-bedroom, 5-person, end-of-terrace, two-storey house which was built around 2005. The total internal floor area of the proposed extensions is circa 25.15 sq.m. The house will be occupied during the course of the works. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the drawings and documentation attached.
