Procurement of Architect Led Design Team Services for Killybegs 2040 - A Town Centre Regeneration Project

Dear Supplier,

Donegal County Council proposes to carry out a Town Centre Regeneration Development at Killybegs consisting of the following elements:

•      Renovation, extension and modification of an existing building to provide a Tourism Information Centre and Digital/Enterprise Hub with public amenities and café space.
•      Redevelopment of an existing public car park to provide a civic space and revised car parking layout.
•      Alterations to the adjacent road layout and one-way system including provision of new pedestrian crossings.

Donegal County Council invites tenders from competent Architectural firms with experience in the design and delivery of high profile and high architectural quality civic spaces and buildings to provide Architect Led Full Integrated Design Team Services for the Design, Construction and Management of the project for Stages (ii) – (V) as described in the tender documents.

Please note that Donegal County Council will not be responsibile for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response and reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.
