The scope of the requirement is for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Hospital Therapy Chairs suitable for use in Dialysis and Oncology Environments at TUH location. The urgent immediate requirement is for the provision of Phase One as per below. Phase two quantities outlined as below: The quantities below are not a commitment by the hospital to purchase but an indication of the hospital requirements and are subject to change. Please Note: The same model chair is required for both departments and the hospital will not accept two different proposals for Dialysis and Oncology Departments. Phase One: • 5 No. Therapy Chairs are required for Phase One for Dialysis Department • 6 No. Therapy Chairs are required for Phase One for Oncology Department Phase Two: • Up to 9 No. Therapy Chairs are required for Phase Two for Dialysis Department • Up to 6 No. Therapy Chairs are required for Phase Two for Oncology Department
