Detailed description:

Construction of a new two-storey building (ground and first floor) with a courtyard within the existing boundary of Drogheda Garda Station. Ground floor is to house storage facilities and intensive building plant. First floor is to house Locker Room, Showers and W/C Facilities. The footprint of the new building will be 258m², with a proposed gross internal area of 452m².
