FOLD Ireland wish to procure services to develop designs, secure statutory approvals and procure and oversee the development of c. 60 Nr one bed sheltered housing units for senior citizens and associated site development works at Millwood Court, Woodbine Road, Raheny, Dublin 5. The following specialist services are required: Architect; Civil / Structural Engineer; and Building Services Engineer. The services of the Quantity Surveyor have been procured separately by FOLD Ireland.
