Contractor needed to oversee Emergency Works in St. Joseph's N.S. Mechanical work involves the replacement of old radiators and gunbarrel piping in heating system in 4 classrooms and adjoining corridor. This will involve the draining of the heating system, the removal of old radiators and old piping which will involve digging up of some floor area and the supply and replacement of 12 radiators in the 4 classrooms and 7 radiators in the corridor and connecting new pipe work Finally reinstatement of floors .
