Full Consultancy Service - To assist the client in all aspects of the project, which involves construction of a rock ramp fish pass on Brett's Weir, Co. Kilkenny. To prepare planning documents, attend public information meetings, and oversee the construction phase, and sign off on the completed project. The consultant or his agent will be expected to act as PSDP for the project following PSDP assessment process.
